Effects of the drone spraying selenium fertilizer on the selenium content, the productive perfirmance and qualities of silage corn fermented feed
The purpose of this paper was providing selenium rich plans and theoretical basis for the large scale field production of selenium rich silage feed. With silage corn varieties'Longping 533'and'DajingJiu 26'as experimental materials, effects of spraying selenium solution on the selenium content, the yield and qualities of silage corn fermented feed were studied by setting 2-factor split zone tests of five selenium supply level(0,58.35,116.70,175.05,233.40 g/hm2)in this paper, study its effects on selenium content, yield, and quality of fermented feed for silage corn. The results indicated that the selenium content of fermented feed was increased effectively by spraying selenium solution, and the selenium content increases with the increase of concentration. When the amount of exogenous selenium applied was 58.35,116.70,175.05,233.40 g/hm2,the selenium content of'Longping 533'and'Dajingjiu 26'increased by 4.84,10.5,14.5,27.5 times and 5.99,12.61,12.77,24.84 times compared with CK,respectively(P<0.05).With the same treatment of selenium, there were significant differences among different corn varieties in selenium content of fermented feed(P<0.05).The fresh leave weight of single plant, the fresh weight of corn ears and the hay yield were significantly increased by suitable treatments which no significant effect on the plant height, ear height, stem diameter, fresh weight of individual stem, fresh grass yield and dry matter content.Suitable treatments could aslo significantly increase the contents of the crude protein and starch in feed and reduce the contents of neutral detergent fibre, and acid detergent fibre. In summary, spraying sodium selenite solution during the silage corn powder stage by drones could increase the selenium content of fermented feed, which aslo increased the hay yield and improve qualities with suitable treatments.Spraying 0.90~211.05 g/hm2 sodium selenite during the powder stage was the optimal selenium enrichment plan and the selenium content of the fermented feed reached the selenium rich silage feed standard of Shanxi Province.
