Nutritional analysis and quality influencing factors of Baijiu distiller's grains
Distiller's grains are typical organic solid wastes in the production of Baijiu in China,which contain a large amount of nutrients and have a huge annual supply.In the condition of stricter environmental protection and shortage of feed materials,being processed into feed materials has become a widely recognized approach.However,the nutrition and quality of Baijiu distillers'grains differ greatly in different processes,production areas and processing methods,which brings confusion to users.Based on the relevant research literature and test data,the nutritional value of Baijiu distiller's grains and the factors affecting the quality were analyzed in detail,so as to provide reference for the use of this kind of raw materials in feed enterprises.
