Crabs are aquatic products with high nutritional and economic value. The degree of gonadal development in crabs determines their reproductive performance,and mature crab gonads have extremely high edible value. Although the yield of crabs can be guaranteed under artificial breeding conditions,there has long been a problem of poor gonadal development. This paper introduces several factors affecting the development of crab gonads,mainly Eriocheir sinensis,including several levels such as environment,nutrition and endocrine,aims to provide guidance and assistance for crab farming and breeding.
