Exploration of the dual subject collaborative education mechanism between feed enterprises and universities from the perspective of foreign trade professional competence
The increasingly frequent import and export activities of feed raw materials and feed products have driven the demand for quality and quantity of foreign trade talents in feed enterprises. We strive to use high-quality foreign trade talents to support the internationalization development of feed enterprises. However,from the perspective of talent supply,feed foreign trade talents trained by universities are prone to problems such as lack of English proficiency,unfamiliarity with feed foreign trade processes,and inability to handle the development of emerging feed markets. In this context,this article starts from the composition of professional abilities of feed foreign trade talents and conducts an in-depth analysis of the dual subject collaborative education between feed enterprises and universities,in order to improve the collaborative education mechanism with targeted measures and improve the quality and efficiency of feed foreign trade talent cultivation.
