Under the background of knowledge economy,innovation has become a key index to measure the competitiveness of enterprises. Especially in the field of feed,with the continuous changes in market demand,as well as the optimization and innovation of production and processing technology,feed enterprises have an increasingly urgent need for innovative and entrepreneurial talents. However,the traditional talent training method is difficult to meet the actual needs of feed enterprises,so we can learn from the school-enterprise cooperation model,in-depth analysis of the cultivation mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents for feed professionals,and improve the quality and efficiency of talent training on the basis of accurately connecting both ends of talent supply and demand,so as to effectively solve the problem of talent shortage in feed enterprises.
