鸡滑液囊支原体(Mycoplasma Synoviae,MS)是一种能够引起家禽传染性滑膜炎、呼吸道疾病、蛋壳顶端异常(Eggshell Apex Abnormality,EAA)等问题的病原体。因为MS能通过水平和垂直传播,所以在世界范围内广泛存在,并给全球家禽业带来了巨大的经济损失。MS灭活苗具有较高的安全性和保护效率,可以阻止MS在气囊和气管上定植,但目前已感染的鸡群无法用活疫苗进行治疗,甚至可能加重病情,因此,基因工程疫苗被认为是MS疫苗的研发方向;抗生素联合疫苗在免疫防控方面效果最佳,但不同国家和地区MS对抗生素的耐药性存在差异。为解决MS防治中存在的问题,开发新型高效疫苗和抗生素替代品也成为重点研发方向。其中,EAA是近几年来流行并备受关注的异常蛋现象,可能是由MS感染导致。为此,文章介绍了MS病原学、临床表现、流行现状、治疗方法,以及MS导致的EAA临床表现、流行现状,并分别对MS和EAA的防治发展措施进行了展望。
Research progress on mycoplasma synoviae and eggshell apex abnormality in chicken
Mycoplasma Synoviae(MS)is a pathogen that can cause infectious synovitis,respiratory diseases,and abnormal egg shell tips in poultry.Due to its ability to spread horizontally and vertically,MS is widely present worldwide and has caused significant economic losses to the global poultry industry.MS inactivated vaccines have high safety and protective efficiency,which can prevent MS from implanting in airbags and trachea.However,currently infected chicken flocks cannot be treated with live vaccines,and may even worsen the condition.Therefore,genetic engineering vaccines are considered the direction of MS vaccine research and development;The combination of antibiotics and vaccines has the best effect in immune prevention and control,but there are differences in antibiotic resistance among different countries and regions.In order to solve the problems in the prevention and treatment of MS,the development of new and efficient vaccines and antibiotic substitutes has also become a key research and development direction.Among them,Eggshell Apex Abnormality(EAA)is a popular and highly concerned abnormal egg phenomenon in recent years,which may be caused by MS infection.Therefore,this article introduces the etiology,clinical manifestations,epidemic status,treatment methods of MS,as well as the clinical manifestations and epidemic status of EAA caused by MS,and looks forward to the development trends of MS and EAA prevention and treatment.
