文章旨在研究白术多糖对保育猪生长性能、养分表观消化率和抗氧化能力的影响。试验将 400 头均重(8。71±0。15)kg的二元(长白×大白)杂交猪随机分为 4 组,每组 10 个重复,每个重复 10 头,各组日粮分别在基础日粮中添加 0、120、240 和 480 mg/kg的白术多糖(AP),试验包括 3d预饲期和 32d正试期。结果显示:480 mg/kg的AP组保育猪末重较其他三组分别显著提升 2。86%、3。38%和 2。41%(P<0。05),日增重分别显著上升 5。11%、4。84%和 3。61%(P<0。05);与对照组相比,480 mg/kg的AP组保育猪料肉比显著下降 5。59%(P<0。05)。240 和480 mg/kg的AP组保育猪DM消化率显著上升(P<0。05),480 mg/kg的AP组保育猪粗蛋白质和能量消化率显著上升(P<0。05)。血清:240 和 480 mg/kg的AP组总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提升(P<0。05),480 mg/kg的AP组过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著提升(P<0。05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著下降(P<0。05);肌肉:240 和 480 mg/kg的AP组T-AOC和CAT活性显著提升(P<0。05),MDA含量显著下降(P<0。05)。结论:本试验条件下,480 mg/kg的白术多糖可以通过提高保育猪消化吸收和抗氧化能力提高保育猪生长性能。
The effect of atractylodes polysaccharide on the growth performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients,and antioxidant capacity of nursery pigs
This experiment investigates the effects of Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharides on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and antioxidant capacity of protected pigs.400 binary(Changbai×Dabai)hybrid pigs with an average weight of 8.71±0.15 kg were randomly divided into 4 treatments,with 10 replicates per treatment and 10 pigs per replicate.They were fed with experimental feed supplemented with 0,120,240,and 480 mg/kg Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharides(AP),respectively.The experiment included a 3-day preparation period and a 32 day main trial period.The results showed that the AP group at 480 mg/kg significantly increased the final weight of piglets by 2.86%,3.38%,and 2.41%(P<0.05)compared to the other three groups,and the daily weight gain significantly increased by 5.11%,4.84%,and 3.61%(P<0.05),respectively;Compared with the control group,the feed to meat ratio of the 480 mg/kg AP group significantly decreased by 5.59%(P<0.05).The digestibility of DM in the AP group of 240 and 480 mg/kg significantly increased(P<0.05),while the digestibility of CP and energy in the AP group of 480 mg/kg significantly increased(P<0.05).Serum:The T-AOC and GSH Px activities were significantly increased(P<0.05)in the AP groups at 240 and 480 mg/kg,while the CAT activity was significantly increased(P<0.05)and the MDA content was significantly decreased(P<0.05)in the AP group at 480 mg/kg;Muscle:The T-AOC and CAT activities were significantly increased(P<0.05)and the MDA content was significantly decreased(P<0.05)in the AP groups at 240 and 480 mg/kg.Conclusion:Under the conditions of this experiment,480 mg/kg of Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharide promotes the growth performance of piglets by enhancing their digestion,absorption,and antioxidant capacity.
