黄芪多糖对肉羊生长性能、血清免疫指标及经济效益的影响

摘要
文章旨在研究不同水平黄芪多糖(Astragalus Polysaccharide,AP)对肉羊生长性能、血清免疫指标及经济效益的影响.试验将 96 只 120 日龄健康且体重相近[(35.74±1.75)kg]的杜寒杂交羊随机分为 4 组,其中CON组饲喂基础日粮,其余 3 组分别在基础日粮中添加 400、800、1200 mg/kg的AP,每组 3 个重复,每个重复 8 只,预饲期 7d,试验期 60 d.结果表明:(1)与CON组相比,黄芪多糖添加水平为 800 mg/kg时,平均日增重显著提高 10.95%(P＜0.05),饲料转化率显著降低9.19%(P＜0.05);黄芪多糖添加水平为1200 mg/kg时,平均日增重显著提高9.88%(P＜0.05),饲料转化率显著降低 8.26%(P＜0.05).(2)与CON组相比,黄芪多糖添加水平为 800 mg/kg时,IL-10水平显著提高(P＜0.05);黄芪多糖添加水平为 1200 mg/kg时,免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、白细胞介素 10(IL-10)水平显著提高(P＜0.05).(3)4 组经济效益分别为 52.44、66.15、87.60、82.61 元.由此可见,黄芪多糖具有提高肉羊生长性能、血清免疫力及饲养经济效益的效果.本试验条件下,黄芪多糖的建议添加量为 800 mg/kg.
Abstract
To investigate the effects of different levels of Astragalus Polysaccharide(AP)on the growth performance,serum immune indicators,and economic benefits of meat sheep.96 healthy 120 day old Du Han hybrid sheep with similar body weight[(35.74±1.75)kg]were randomly divided into 4 groups.The CON group was fed a basic diet,while the other three groups were fed a basic diet plus experimental diets of 400,800,and 1200 mg/kg AP,respectively.Each group had 3 replicates,with 8 sheep per replicate.The pre-test period was 7 days and the experimental period was 60 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the CON group,when the level of Huangqi polysaccharide added was 800 mg/kg,the average daily weight gain significantly increased by 10.95%(P＜0.05),and the feed conversion rate significantly decreased by 9.19%(P＜0.05);When the level of Huangqi polysaccharide added was 1200 mg/kg,the average daily weight gain significantly increased by 9.88%(P＜0.05),and the feed conversion rate significantly decreased by 8.26%(P＜0.05).(2)Compared with the CON group,the addition level of Huangqi polysaccharide at 800 mg/kg significantly increased the level of IL-10(P＜0.05);When the level of Huangqi polysaccharide added was 1200 mg/kg,the levels of IgG and IL-10 were significantly increased(P＜0.05).(3)The economic benefits of the four groups are 52.44 yuan,66.15 yuan,87.60 yuan,and 82.61 yuan,respectively.It can be seen that Astragalus polysaccharides have the effect of improving the growth performance,serum immunity,and feeding economic benefits of meat sheep.Under the conditions of this experiment,the recommended addition amount of Huangqi polysaccharide is 800 mg/kg.
