The effect of mixed preparation of enzyme and probiotics on the production performance,egg quality,and economic benefits of egg ducks

文章旨在探究复合酶菌制剂(Mixed preparation of enzyme and probiotics,MPEP)对蛋鸭生产性能、蛋品质及经济效益的影响.试验将 1200 只 60 周龄左右的健康麻鸭随机分为 4 组,每组 10 个重复,每个重复 25 只.试验日粮分别在基础日粮中添加 0、35、70 和 140 mg/kg的复合酶菌制剂,试验为期 16 周,其中,正试期 15 周.结果表明:MPEP对蛋鸭产蛋性能影响显著(P<0.05),与对照组相比,添加 70 和 140 mg/kg MPEP组日产蛋重分别显著提高了 6.90%和 7.13%(P<0.05),产蛋率提高 6.07%和 6.73%(P<0.05);料蛋比显著降低 6.73%和 6.50%(P<0.05),软破蛋率显著降低 24.18%和 37.05%(P<0.05).1~5 周,补充MPEP对鸭蛋品质各指标均无显著影响(P>0.05),6~10 周,70 mg/kg的MPEP组鸭蛋蛋壳韧性及哈氏单位显著提高(P<0.05),140 mg/kg MPEP组鸭蛋蛋壳强度、韧性及哈氏单位显著提高(P<0.05),11~15 周,70 和 140 mg/kg MPEP组鸭蛋蛋壳韧性及哈氏单位均显著提高(P<0.05).添加MPEP后,饲料单价分别为 4.548、4.553、4.557 和 4.569 元/kg,综合计算各组毛利润分别为 5.70、6.92、11.34 和 10.95 元,其中,添加 70 和 140 mg/kg的MPEP组蛋鸭毛利润比对照组显著提高(P<0.05).
To investigate the effects of mixed preparation of enzyme and probiotics(MPEP)on the production performance,egg quality,and economic benefits of ducks.1200 healthy ducks aged around 60 weeks were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 10 replicates in each group and 25 ducks per replicate.Add compound enzyme bacterial preparations of 0,35,70,and 140 mg/kg to ducks as feed for each experimental group for a total of 16 weeks,including 15 weeks for the main trial.(Result):MPEP had a significant effect on the egg production performance of laying ducks(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the addition of 70 and 140 mg/kg MPEP significantly increased daily egg weight by 6.90%and 7.13%,respectively(P<0.05),and egg production rates by 6.07%and 6.73%(P<0.05);Significantly reduced the feed to egg ratio by 6.73%and 6.50%(P<0.05),and the soft break rate by 24.18%and 37.05%(P<0.05).From 1 to 5 weeks,supplementing with MPEP had no significant effect on various indicators of duck egg quality(P>0.05).From 6 to 10 weeks,the toughness and Ha unit of duck egg shells in the 70 mg/kg MPEP group were significantly improved(P<0.05),while the strength,toughness,and Ha unit of duck egg shells in the 140 mg/kg MPEP group were significantly improved(P<0.05).From 11 to 15 weeks,the toughness and Ha unit of duck egg shells in the 70 and 140 mg/kg MPEP groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).After adding MPEP,the feed unit prices were 4.548,4.553,4.557,and 4.569 yuan/kg,respectively.The gross profit of each group was calculated to be 5.70,6.92,11.34,and 10.95 yuan,respectively.Among them,the egg and duck gross profit of the MPEP group with 70 and 140 mg/kg added was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).
