The effect of composite probiotics on the growth performance, meat quality, and serum immune indicators of sunzhi chicken
To investigate the effects of compound probiotics(CPP)on the growth performance, meat quality, and serum immune indicators of Sunzhi chicken.Select 600 healthy, immunized 1-day-old Sunzhi chickens(34.15±1.47 g)and randomly divide them into 4 groups, with 10 replicates in each group and 15 chickens per replicate. Each group was fed with experimental feed containing basic feed+0,120,240,and 480 mg/kg CPP for a total of 120 days.On the basis of consistent initial weight among all groups of Sunzhi chickens(P>0.05),compared with the control group, the final weight of Sunzhi chickens in the 480 mg/kg CPP group increased by 7.95%(P<0.05),and the feed to meat ratio decreased by 3.73%(P<0.05).The daily weight gain of Sunzhi chickens in the 240 and 480 mg/kg CPP groups significantly increased by 4.05%and 8.11%(P<0.05),respectively,and the feed intake significantly increased by 3.98%and 4.08%(P<0.05),respectively.The serum TP and GLB levels of Sunzhi chickens in the CPP groups of 240 and 480 mg/kg significantly increased(P<0.05),while the TNF-α levels significantly decreased(P<0.05).The IgG levels in the CPP groups of 120-480 mg/kg significantly increased(P<0.05),and the IL-1 β levels in the CPP group of 240 mg/kg significantly increased(P<0.05).CPP did not have a significant effect on the levels of Alb,IgA,IgM,IFN-γ,and IL-10(P>0.05).The a * value of chest muscle in broiler chickens was significantly upregulated(P<0.05)at 240 and 480 mg/kg CPP groups, while the L * value of leg muscle was significantly downregulated(P<0.05),and the a * value was significantly upregulated(P<0.05).The shear force of leg muscle was significantly downregulated(P<0.05)at 120-480 mg/kg CPP groups.(Experimental conclusion)Adding 480 mg/kg can promote the growth and development of Sunzhi chickens, enhance immunity, and improve meat quality.
