Optimization research on incentive system of feed enterprises under the concept of people-oriented management
Faced with increasingly fierce market competition,human resources have become the core force driving the sustainable development of feed enterprises.To fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of talents through incentive measures,it is also necessary to emphasize the application of human centered management concepts,and effectively improve the market competitiveness of feed enterprises through high-quality internal management.Therefore,this article proposes optimization measures for the incentive system of feed enterprises from the perspective of people-oriented management concept,based on the importance and principles of incentive system.The aim is to construct a reasonable incentive system from aspects such as salary and benefits,differentiated incentives,performance evaluation,and humanistic care,in order to improve the human resource management level of feed enterprises.
