数字经济的快速崛起深刻改变了经济结构和管理模式.饲料企业作为农业经济的重要组成部分,正面临着数字化转型带来的资金、技术、人才等压力.其中,人力资源管理是饲料企业有效开发、合理利用和科学管理内部人力资源的有效途径,因此,在数字化转型过程中扮演着关键角色.本文首先对数字经济的内涵进行分析,然后提出了饲料企业人力资源管理转型的重要性和具体的转型策略,力求以高质量的人力资源管理为饲料企业创造最大价值,切实满足饲料企业数字化转型的现实需求.
Research on the transformation of human resources management in feed enterprises under the background of digital economy
The rapid rise of the digital economy has profoundly changed the economic structure and management model.As an important part of the agricultural economy,feed enterprises are facing pressure such as capital,technology and talents brought about by digital transformation.Among them,human resources management is an effective way for feed enterprises to effectively develop,rationally use and scientifically manage internal human resources,so they play a key role in the process of digital transformation.This paper first analyzes the connotation of the digital economy,and then puts forward the importance of human resources management transformation of feed enterprises and specific transformation strategies,striving to create the greatest value for feed enterprises with high-quality human resources management and effectively meet the actual needs of the digital transformation of feed enterprises.
