Eeffcts of fermented peanut meal replacing soybean meal on growth performance, serum blochemical index and antioxidant indexes of fattening pigs
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of fermented peanut meal in diets on growth performance, serum blochemical index and Antioxidant indexes of fattening pigs.In order to find out the optimal addition ratio of fermented peanut meal in the diets of fattening pigs.60 Du×Ling×Large fattening pigs with an average weight of(22±0.89kg)kg were selected and randomly diveded into 3 groups, with 4 replicates in each group, each repeat with 5 pigs.Only bean meal(control group),5%and 10%fermented peanut mea l(experimental groups I and experimental groups Ⅱ).The pre-experiment period was 5 days and the formal experiment period 47.Results:The daily gain was significantly increased(P<0.05),the feed-to-gain ratio was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,The glucose(GLU),the total cholesterol(TC),the total protein(TP)and the albumin(ALB)in the serum of fattening pigs fed with fermented peanut meal was the significantly increased(P<0.05),the erum urea nitrogen(BUN)was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The activities of antioxidant dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and catalase(CAT)in the serum of fattening pigs fed with fermented peanut meal was the significantly increased(P<0.05),the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fermented peanut meal can significantly increase the daily weight gain of fattening pigs, reduce the feed-to-meat ratio, improve serum biochemical indicators and enhance antioxidant capacity,The maximum substitution amount of fermented peanut meal can reach 10%.
