不同饲用玉米的生产经济效益及其与小麦、苜蓿的饲用价值比较

摘要
玉米和小麦是我国的两大主要粮食作物,传统农业中主要用于粮食生产,随着我国畜牧养殖业的不断发展,其在畜牧养殖中的利用率不断提高.玉米品种众多,但常见饲用玉米的营养组成无较大差异,其产生的经济价值根据种植地区、生物产量、单位面积可消化总养分以及果穗率等不同,具有一定的差别.苜蓿作为饲草具有丰富的营养物质,是重要的饲用原料;由于小麦具有大量的抗营养因子,在饲用方面具有一定的局限,但通过合理加工后也表现出良好的饲用价值.总之,经过合理的加工利用,玉米、小麦及苜蓿等作为饲料原料在不同家畜中均表现出一定的经济效益.
Abstract
Corn and wheat are the two main food crops in China,which are mainly used for grain production in traditional agriculture,and with the continuous development of animal husbandry in China,their utilization rate in feed breeding has been continuously improved.There are many varieties of maize,but there is no great difference in the nutritional composition of common forage maize,and its economic value is different according to the planting area,biological yield,total digestible nutrients per unit area and ear rate.Alfalfa is an important feed raw material due to its abundant nutrients,and wheat has certain limitations in feed due to a large number of anti～nutritional factors,but it also shows good feed value after reasonable processing.In short,after rational processing and utilization,corn,wheat and alfalfa are used as feed in different livestock,all of which show certain economic benefits.
