摘要
马齿苋作为一种优质的肉质草本植物,含有丰富的营养成分,可以促进畜禽生长发育,降低发病率和饲料成本,提高生产性能.此外,马齿苋还具有抗菌、消炎、抗氧化、调节代谢等作用,对改善畜禽产品品质和口感有一定效果.合理利用马齿苋可以提升养殖效益,对农民增收具有积极的价值和意义.文章探究了马齿苋的营养成分,并对马齿苋在畜禽生产中的饲用价值及其经济效益进行了分析,以期为马齿苋在畜禽养殖中的推广应用提供参考.
Abstract
As a high-quality succulent herb,purslane is rich in nutrients,which can promote the growth and development of livestock and poultry,reduce morbidity and feed cost,and improve production performance.In addition,purslane also has antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,metabolic and other effects,which has a certain effect on improving the quality and taste of livestock and poultry products.Through the rational use of purslane,the improvement of breeding efficiency can be realized,which has positive value and significance for farmers'income.In this paper,the nutritional composition of purslane was explored,and the feed value and economic benefits of purslane in livestock and poultry breeding were analyzed,in order to provide a reference for the popularization and application of purslane in livestock and poultry breeding.
