Research on the cultivation and incentive measures of high-quality foreign trade talents in feed industry under the background of interdisciplinary studies
With the increasing frequency of import and export trade of feed raw materials and products,the demand for foreign trade talents in feed enterprises is increasing.However,the traditional talent cultivation model has problems of insufficient targeting and lack of diversity,which greatly restricts the internationalization development of feed enterprises.In view of this,this article first analyzes the advantages of cultivating high-quality foreign trade talents in feed industry,and in the context of interdisciplinary studies,elaborates on the cultivation of high-quality foreign trade talents in feed industry by universities from the perspective of talent supply.Finally,combined with the actual situation of talent demand,further explore incentive measures for high-quality foreign trade talents in feed industry.In order to continuously exert efforts from both the supply and demand sides of talent,we need to cultivate and make good use of talents,so as to leverage high-quality foreign trade talents in feed to support the international development of feed enterprises.
