摘要
在数智时代背景下,饲料企业面临着前所未有的市场竞争与机遇.为实现可持续发展,饲料企业亟须通过业财融合一体化管理策略优化资源配置,运用管理会计工具提升决策效率,降低经营风险.本文首先分析了数智时代饲料企业业财融合一体化管理的必要性,阐述了企业价值管理导向下三维一体化深度融合的内涵,随后深入分析了数智时代饲料企业业财融合过程中面临的问题和挑战.立足饲料企业财务管理实践,以价值规划、创造和分配为分析对象,进而提出了业财融合一体化管理的有效策略和实施路径,提升业财融合的纵横深度,旨在为行业相关企业的业财融合发展提供参考.
Abstract
In the context of the digital and intelligent era,feed enterprises are facing unprecedented market competition and opportunities.To achieve sustainable development and competitive advantage,feed enterprises urgently need to adopt an integrated management strategy that integrates business and finance,optimize resource allocation,utilize management accounting tools,enhance decision-making efficiency,and mitigate operational risks.This article first analyzes the necessity of integrated management of industry and finance in feed enterprises in the era of digital intelligence,elaborates on the connotation of deep integration of three-dimensional integration under the guidance of enterprise value management,and then deeply analyzes the problems and challenges faced by feed enterprises in the process of industry and finance integration in the era of digital intelligence.Based on the financial management practice of feed enterprises,this paper takes value planning,creation,and distribution as the analysis objects,and proposes effective strategies and implementation paths for integrated management of industry and finance,aiming to enhance the vertical and horizontal depth of industry and finance integration,and provide reference for the development of industry related enterprises'industry and finance integration.
