多糖是广泛存在于动物、植物、微生物中的生物高分子聚合物,因其具有多种多样的生物活性及功能,并且安全无毒,近年来成为研究与开发的热点.本文对实验室保藏的一株产胞外多糖枯草芽孢杆菌进行了初步研究.通过单因素试验及正交试验得到枯草芽孢杆菌产胞外多糖(Exopolysaccharide)的最优发酵条件.结果表明:发酵温度为37℃,摇瓶培养转速为160r/min,接种量为3%,发酵时间为36h,在优化后的条件下胞外多糖的产量最大可达到4.135g/L,产量提高了2.87%.
Optimization of fermentation condition about extropolysaccharide by Bacillus sp
Polysaccharide is a biological polymer which exists widely in animals, plants, microorganisms. It has a wide variety of biological activity and function. It is security harmless. In recent years, it become the hot spot of the research and development. In this paper, the optimum of fermentation condition for extracellular polysaccharide by Bacillus subtilis were primarily studied and applicated in the Single factor and Orthogonal test. The results indicated that the optimum of fermentation condition was as follows: the optimum of fermentation temperature 37t, wave bed speed 160rpm, inoculum rate 3% , Fermentation time 36h. After the optimum condition, the extracellular polysaccharide output 4. 135g/L.
