高剪切乳化技术在柚子皮总黄酮提取中的应用

以柚子皮为原料,经过高剪切处理之后,用乙醇提取柚子皮中总黄酮.通过单因素试验,测定在不同条件下的黄酮提取率.得到最优的提取条件为:提取温度70℃,提取时间1.5 h,乙醇溶剂浓度80%,液料比40∶1,高剪切次数7次,剪切转速16000 r/min,剪切温度50℃.在优化条件下得到的黄酮提取率为0.902%.相比未进行剪切处理的样品,提取率增加了12.6%,表明高剪切处理是提高黄酮提取率的有效途径,另外,提取物有较强的抗氧化效果.
In this experiment,flavonoids in fresh pomelo peel were extracted with ethanol after treating with high shear.Extraction yield of flavonoids were determined under different single factor conditions.The optimal extraction conditions for the extraction were:temperature was 70℃,extraction time was 1.5 h,concentration of ethanol was 80%,the ratio of liquid to material was 40 ∶ 1,times of high shear was 7 times,shear speed was 10 000 r/min,shear temperature was 50℃.Under optimal conditions,extraction yield of flavonoids was 0.880%.Compared to nonshear treating samples,the extraction yield increased by 13.6%,this result shows that high-speed shear treating is an effective way to improve the extraction yield of flavonoids.In addition,the extract has a strong antioxidant effect.
