摘要
L-抗坏血酸钾是GB 14880-2012《食品安全国家标准食品营养强化剂使用标准》批准使用的营养强化剂,可作为维生素C的物质来源之一进行使用.国内外法规标准对L-抗坏血酸钾的重金属(铅、总砷、汞)指标限值方面有所差异.本文通过比较目前L-抗坏血酸钾的国内外标准及我国产品中重金属污染情况,对制定我国L-抗坏血酸钾标准中重金属的限量指标进行探讨,为标准制定提供参考.
Abstract
L-potassium ascorbate is a food nutritional fortifier approved for use under GB 14880-2012 "National Food Safety Standard-standard for the use of food nutritional fortifiers". It can be used as one of the sources of vitamin C. There are discrepancies in the regulatory standards regarding the limits of heavy metals (lead,total arsenic,mercury) for L-potassium ascorbate between international and domestic guidelines. This paper compared the current domestic and international standards for L-potassium ascorbate and assessed the heavy metal contamination in products available in China. The study aimed to provide insights for formulating heavy metal limit indicators in China's L-potassium ascorbate standards,thereby offering references for standard development.
