黄精一般指百合科黄精属黄精、滇黄精与多花黄精的块茎,具有上千年的药食同源历史,有较高的营养价值和药用价值.黄精多糖是黄精的重要活性成分之一.大量研究证明,黄精多糖具有抗氧化、免疫调节、调节血糖和抗肿瘤等多种生物活性,在功能性食品和医药领域中具有应用潜力.本文对不同黄精多糖的结构和活性的差异进行了总结与展望,并指出在不同提取方法和纯化下对黄精多糖结构和活性的影响,为更好地利用黄精多糖,进一步研究不同种黄精多糖的构效关系提供理论基础.
Research progress on the extraction,purification,structural features,and bioactivity of polysaccharides from Polygonatum rhizoma
Polygonatum (Huang Jing),encompassing species such as Polygonatum sibiricum,Polygonatum kingianum,and Polygonatum cyrtonema,is known for its edible and medicinal tubers,boasting a history of use spanning thousands of years and significant nutritional and therapeutic value. Polygonatum polysaccharides are among its key bioactive components. Numerous studies have demonstrated that these polysaccharides exhibit various biological activities,such as antioxidant,immunomodulatory,blood sugar regulation,and anti-tumor effects,highlighting their potential applications in functional foods and medicine. This paper summarized the differences in structure and activity of Polygonatum polysaccharides and discussed the impacts of different extraction and purification methods on their structure and bioactivity. It aimed to provide a theoretical basis for the optimal utilization of Polygonatum polysaccharides and further research on the relationship of polysaccharides structure and its activities from different Polygonatum species.
