Research on the Food Safety Emergency Management System Based on the Implementation and Output of National Key R&D Plan Projects during the 13th Five-Year Plan Period
This paper reviews the implementation process of the National Key Research and Development Program"Research on Emergency Exercises and Decision Support System for Food Safety Emergencies and Major Events".It analyzes the output and effectiveness of the implementation,and elaborates on the iconic achievements.The project has constructed a preliminary scientific and technological innovation system in the field of food safety emergency drills and emergency decision-making support.This work provides a reference for future research on China's food safety emergency management,serving as technical support for improving China's regulatory emergency technology system.The paper suggests strengthening the application of achievements,maintaining investment stability,and deepening research in key areas.
