With the rise and explosive growth of the Internet e-commerce model,e-commerce platforms have become the mainstream channel for Chinese consumers to purchase cosmetics.The scale of China's online cosmetics sales market continues to expand,bringing new challenges for cosmetics regulation.This article analyzes the current regulatory status of online cosmetics business in China,explores the challenges faced in the supervision of online cosmetic business,and provides thoughtful recommendations:promoting the intelligent regulatory construction of online cosmetic business;building a national platform for monitoring online cosmetic business;establishing a collaborative regulatory mechanism for online cosmetics;and reinforcing the main responsibility of online cosmetic business entities.
