This paper reviews the development of pharmacovigilance in China,analyzes the shortcomings of current pharmacovigilance at the grassroots.It discusses how to establish a grassroots pharmacovigilance framework in the new era.By examining the new opportunities and challenges presented by the new period,new requirements and new forms of pharmacovigilance,this paper reveals how new requirements impact grassroots work and puts forward thoughts on improving grassroots pharmacovigilance.
