摘要
本文以生产、销售不符合安全标准的食品罪和生产、销售有毒、有害食品罪案例为研究对象.总结了2017~2023年11 519件食品安全犯罪案例情况,分析两种食品安全犯罪案件的时空、网络特征和类别特征、案件特点,并结合案件侦办中专业队伍建设、情报及证据收集,以及案件移送与法律适用方面的困境和难点,探索性地提出对策与建议,以期为强化食品安全犯罪侦查效能、保障食品安全提供支撑.
Abstract
This paper focuses on food crime cases involving the production and sale of toxic and harmful food and the production and sale of food that does not meet safety standards.It summarizes 11,519 food safety crime cases from 2017 to 2023 and analyzes the spatiotemporal,network,and category characteristics of these two types of cases,as well as their characteristics By addressing the challenges and difficulties in professional team building,intelligence and evidence collection,case transfer,and legal application during investigation,the paper explores strategies and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to strengthen the efficiency of food crime investigation and prosecution,thereby safeguarding food safety.
