当前,我国医药卫生体制改革正在不断深入,为满足公众对健康和用药安全的需求,药学服务模式从"以药品为中心"向"以患者为中心"转变,向重点加强药学专业技术服务、参与临床用药为中心的新模式发展.本文梳理了药品零售连锁企业在合理用药方面的政策支持、发展机遇以及存在的不足与面临的挑战,探究了影响其合理用药的关键因素,并提出了药品零售连锁企业合理用药发展的针对性建议.
Abstract
At present,the reform of China's medical and health system is deepening.To meet the public's demands for health and drug safety,the pharmaceutical care model has shifted from"drug-centered"to"patient-centered",evolving into a new model that focuses on pharmaceutical professional technical services and participation in clinical drug use.This paper reviews the policy support,development opportunities,shortcomings,and challenges faced by drug retail chain enterprises in rational drug use.It explores the key factors affecting rational drug use and puts forward targeted suggestions for the development of rational drug use in drug retail chain enterprises.
