摘要

目的:测定玻璃安瓿中氧化铈的含量和铈元素的浸出量,考察二者之间的关系.方法:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法对83批玻璃安瓿中的氧化铈含量和铈元素浸出量进行测定.结果:83批玻璃安瓿中的氧化铈含量最大值为0.370%、铈元素浸出量最大值为0.0397mg/L,二者呈现出一定的正相关性.结论:在玻璃安瓿的生产过程中,为了控制铈元素的浸出量,除了控制氧化铈含量外,还需综合考虑其他因素.

Abstract

Objective:To determine the content of cerium oxide and the leaching amount of cerium element in glass ampoules and investigate the relationship between the two.Methods:Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy was used to determine the cerium oxide content and cerium elemental leaching amount in 83 batches of glass ampoules.Results:The maximum content of cerium oxide in 83 batches of glass ampoules was 0.370%,and the maximum leaching amount of cerium element was 0.0397mg/L,showing a certain positive correlation between the two.Conclusion:In the production process of glass ampoules,in addition to controlling the cerium oxide content,other factors need to be comprehensively considered to control the leaching amount of cerium element.
