药品经营环节是连接药品生产企业与消费者的重要纽带.目前,我国药品流通行业面临重重挑战,计算机系统数据中蕴藏的海量信息可以为药品经营环节的监管工作提供新的思路.本文阐述了计算机系统数据的状态记录和流程追溯双重属性,举例分析了计算机系统数据的双重属性在药品经营监管中的应用,并讨论了在实际监管工作中对计算机系统数据的检查方法,以期为药品经营行为的规范和实现对药品经营企业更精准、更高效的监管提供参考.
Abstract
The drug trading process is an important link between drug production enterprises and consumers.Currently,China's drug distribution industry is facing numerous challenges.The massive information contained in computer system data can provide new insights for the supervision of the drug trading process.This article elaborates on the dual attributes of state recording and process tracing of computer system data,analyzes the application of these dual attributes in drug trading supervision through examples,and discusses inspection methods of computer system data in actual supervision work.The goal is to provide useful references for the standardization of drug trading behavior and to achieve more accurate and efficient supervision of drug trading enterprises.
