摘要
染发类化妆品是一类具有改变头发颜色作用的特殊化妆品,使用后可能引起不良反应.本文汇总了422份福建省上报的网售染发类化妆品不良反应报告,分析了不良反应报告总体趋势、报告来源、患者人口学信息、发生间隔、不良反应表现、初步判断等情况,并提出了针对消费者、化妆品经营者、化妆品注册人、不良反应监测机构以及监管部门的建议,以期为提升染发类化妆品不良反应监测提供参考.
Abstract
Hair dye cosmetics are a special category of products designed to change hair color,but they may cause adverse reactions after use.This article summarizes and analyzes 422 reports of adverse reactions related to hair dye cosmetics sold online.The analysis covers overall trends in the reports,report sources,patient demographic information,occurrence intervals,adverse reaction manifestations,preliminary assessments,etc.It also puts forward suggestions for consumers,cosmetics operators,cosmetics registrants,adverse reaction monitoring agencies,and regulatory authorities to improve their monitoring abilities for adverse reactions associated with hair dye cosmetics.
