Analysis and Prospect of the Status Quo of Filing New Cosmetics Raw Materials under the Implementation of the Regulations on Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics
New cosmetic raw materials are the foundation of industrial innovation and development,and serve as an important element for China to become a global leader in cosmetics manufacturing.This article conducts a statistical analysis of the filing information of new cosmetic raw materials using the data query database of the National Medical Products Administration,and analyzes the registration status of new cosmetic raw materials in China since the implementation of the Regulations on Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics,focusing on multiple dimensions including regional distribution,manufacturing processes,efficacy,and registrants.The results demonstrate that the implementation of the regulations has invigorated innovation in China's cosmetics raw material industry.The research and development of new raw materials,along with the industry's growth,are showing positive trends,and the future prospects are broad.
