Exploring the Construction of a Knowledge Management System for Drug Evaluation and Inspection Institutions
Given the high level of expertise and broad industry coverage required for drug evaluation and inspection work,constructing a systematic and scientific knowledge management system is essential.Such a system is not only significant for the evaluation and inspection institutions themselves but also helps to establish learning organizations and promotes comprehensive knowledge management across various business operations.This paper analyzes the necessity and current status of constructing a knowledge management system in drug evaluation and inspection institutions,and proposes a research framework centered around four core subsystems:organizational system,institutional system,sorting and evaluation system,and technical support system.Meanwhile,information technology plays an important role in improving the efficiency and quality of knowledge reuse,aiding in the effective implementation of knowledge management.The construction approach proposed in this paper provides valuable support for the development of knowledge management in drug evaluation and inspection institutions,aiming to achieve competitive knowledge management objectives.
