Abstract
The main contents of the keynote reports of 3 academicians and 32 industry experts and professors at The First Fo-rum on Technology Innovation and Application of Polymer Materials of the Journal of China Plastics were introduced,includ-ing the current situation,development trend and challenges of the plastics industry,functional polymer materials,special engi-neering plastics,flame retarded materials,foaming materials,elastomers,molding processing technology and equipment,in-ternational standardization,microplastics analysis and testing,carbon footprint management,high-value patent mining,etc.
