PTFE改性技术及其性能优化研究进展

聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)具有良好的耐高温、耐腐蚀和自润滑性能而广泛应用于电器、航天航空和生物医疗等领域.但随着服役场景的多元化,PTFE仍存在一定的局限性.本文主要从填充、共混、接枝共聚合和表面改性4个方面概述了近年来国内外PTFE研究现状及其性能改性研究进展,总结展望了PTFE产业当下发展的共性问题及未来可能的发展方向.
Research progress in modification techniques and performance optimization of PTFE
Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)is widely used in the electrical,aerospace,and biomedical fields due to its ex-cellent high-temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,and self-lubricating properties.However,PTFE still has cer-tain limitations as a result of its diverse service scenarios.This article provided an overview for the research status and ad-vances in PTFE modification from the view of performance optimization,focusing on four aspects of filling,blending,graft copolymerization,and surface modification.These approaches have been extensively explored domestically and in-ternationally in recent years.The article also summarized the current problems in the current development of the PTFE industry and prospected its future development directions.
