通过溶液合成法制备了一种共价有机框架(COF),再将COF包覆在焦磷酸哌嗪(PAPP)上形成PAPP@COF杂化阻燃剂,并将其应用于EP中.通过氧指数测定仪、垂直燃烧测定仪和锥形量热仪分析了PAPP@COF杂化阻燃剂对EP的阻燃及消烟性能的影响.结果表明,加入2%(质量分数,下同)的PAPP@COF时,EP复合材料的氧指数达到了30.0%,热释放速率峰值为911.35 kW/m2,烟释放速率峰值为0.394 m2/s,相比于纯EP分别降低了37.36%和34.27%.PAPP@COF杂化阻燃剂对EP有优异的阻燃和消烟作用,为COF类阻燃剂的研究提供了一定的基础.
Preparation of piperazine pyrophosphate@COF flame retardant and its flame retardant effect on epoxy resin
A covalent organic framework(COF)was prepared by solution synthesis,and then the COF was coated on pi-perazine pyrophosphate(PAPP)to form PAPP@COF hybrid flame retardant,which was applied to epoxy resin(EP).The effects of PAPP@COF hybrid flame retardants on the flame retardancy and smoke suppression of EP were analyzed by oxygen index meter,vertical combustion meter and cone calorimeter.The results indicated that the oxygen index of EP composite can reach 30.0%,the peak heat release rate was 911.35 kW/m2,and the peak smoke release rate was 0.394 m2/s,which were 37.36%and 34.27%lower than that of pure EP by adding 2 phr PAPP@COF.PAPP@COF hybrid flame retardants have excellent flame retardancy and smoke suppression effects on EP,which pro-vides a certain basis for the research of COF flame retardants.
