微粒体释义及生物化学教材中相关表述修改建议

摘要
在部分生物化学教材及科研论文中,常出现"微粒体"这个词,且认为微粒体中含有独特的酶类,发挥生物转化功能.但是,在细胞生物学教材中并未把微粒体作为正常的细胞器.为了教材的统一性和科学性,本论文查阅了国内外主要的"细胞生物学"与"生物化学"教材,"术语在线"和维基百科、Genecard网站等,对于微粒体的定义进行了明确,对生物化学教材相关章节中有关微粒体的表述提出了修改建议.
Abstract
In some biochemistry textbooks and scientific research papers,the word microsome often appears,and it is believed that microsome contains unique enzymes,which have the function of biological transformation.However,microsomes are not considered normal organelles in cell biology textbooks.In order to ensure the uniformity and scientificity of the textbooks,this paper has consulted the main textbooks of"cell biology"and"biochemistry"at home and abroad,"Term online",Wikipedia,Genecard,etc.,made the definition of microsome clear,and put forward some suggestions for revising the description of microsome in the relevant chapters of the biochemistry textbooks.
