Discussion of Diabetics' Food Choices and Collocations from the Aspect of Carbohydrates in Food
Diabetic patients are restricted from idle food and their life quality has been impaired since they are ignorant about their daily food.Carbohydrates in food are directly related to diabetics' condition.To evaluate the physiological effects of the carbohydrates in food,two important indicators have been proposed in terms of nutrition,namely glycemic index (GI) and glycemic load (GL).This thesis discussed diabetics' food choice and collocation from the above two indicators.
