基于互联网的中国膳食信息数据库构建研究

目的:基于互联网数据、膳食营养相关书籍等构建中国膳食信息数据库,建立膳食信息表达模型,为膳食计算研究提供数据支持。方法:依据美食杰网站、百度搜索引擎以及《中国居民平衡膳食宝塔(2016)》对1 286种菜品的烹饪方式、口味、膳食分类、菜系、菜品类别、膳食图像、菜品名称同义词7类膳食相关信息进行确定和统一,利用MySQL数据库对膳食信息进行定义和组织。结果:定义了膳食信息表、烹饪方式表、口味表、膳食分类表、菜品类别表等9种膳食信息表,并依据表与表之间的关系构建中国膳食信息数据库Miningfood-1286。结论:Miningfood-1286数据库提供了丰富的膳食信息资源和结构化数据,扩展了膳食信息类型,有助于充分地挖掘膳食背后隐藏的各类信息,解决膳食图像自动识别的问题,可为后续膳食营养计算研究提供支持。
Research on The Construction of Diet Information Database Based on Internet Data
[Objective]To construct a Chinese dietary information database based on Internet data,we established a dietary informa-tion expression model,and provided support for diet calculation research.[Method]According to the website of Meishijie,Baidu search engine and the"Balanced Diet Pagoda for Chinese Residents(2016)",we extracted information of 1 286 kinds of meals,including cooking methods,tastes,meal classifications,cuisines,dish categories,meal images and synonyms,7 types of diet-related information,defined and organized dietary information using MySQL database.[Result]We defined 9 kinds of dietary information tables,including dietary information table,cooking method table,taste table,dietary classification table,dish categories table and so on,and constructed the Chinese dietary information database Mining food-1286 according to the relationship of those tables.[Conclusion]The Mining food-1286 database provides rich dietary information resources and structured data,expands the types of dietary information,and helps to fully mine various information hidden behind the diet,and provides support for subsequent dietary nutrition calculation research and solves the problem of automatic recognition of dietary image.
