Study on The Problems of Dietary Nutrition of Tibetan Residents and Improvement Paths
[Objective]To summarize the dietary status and nutritional health problems in Tibet.[Method]This study adopted typical investigation,literature review and existing data combing.[Result]It was found that Male residents'daily intake of vegetables,fruits,red meat,salt and cooking oil were higher than those in female residents.Compared with urban residents,the daily intake of vegetables and fruits in rural residents were lower,while the intake of salt and cooking oil were higher.The dietary structure of Tibetan residents is unreasonable,and the intake of fruits and vegetables is lower than the recommended intake in the Balanced Diet Pagoda of Chinese Residents(2022),but the intake of livestock meat and sodium salt is excessive,leading to a higher risk of cardiovascular diseases,hypertension and other nutrition-related diseases.[Conclusion]In order to improve the dietary nutrition of Tibetan residents,efforts should be made at both ends of supply and demand to develop a healthy diet model with plateau characteristics,explore nutritional intervention methods for special groups,and ensure the supply of nutritious and high-quality food,and to promote the long-term effective implementa-tion of the improvement project through talents,funds,and scientific technology.
