Research Progress of Milk-Derived Bioactive Peptides in the Regulation of Inflammation
[Objective]To review the research progress of milk-derived bioactive peptides in the regulation of inflammation and its prospect.[Method]We summarized reviews and research papers on milk-derived bioactive peptides.[Result]Milk-derived bioactive peptides can play a role in inflammation regulation by regulating the release of inflammatory mediators,regulating inflammation-related signaling pathways,and reducing oxidative stress response.[Conclusion]Milk derived bioactive peptide has certain anti-inflammatory activity,and it has broad application prospects in inflammation regulation.
