Development Analysis on Pregnant Early Dietary Patterns and 6 Months of Age Babies Neuropsychological Among Hefei Pregnant Women
[Objective]To investigate the effects of dietary pattern(DP)in early pregnancy on infant neuropsychological develop-ment,and to provide a scientific basis for guiding pregnant women to adjust their dietary structure in early pregnancy and promoting infant neuropsychological development in the future.[Method]In Hefei city,496 pregnant women in early pregnancy(12-12+6 weeks)were randomly selected as the target population and their offspring were followed up to about 6 months+10 days. The basic information and dietary habits of the study subjects were collected through questionnaires, and the diets of pregnant women were recorded by the dietary frequency method. The dietary patterns of pregnant women in early pregnancy were extracted by factor analysis, and the effects of different dietary patterns of pregnant women in early pregnancy on infant neuropsychological development were analyzed by multiple Logistic regres-sion.[Result]There were five dietary patterns of pregnant women in early pregnancy,namely,pickle,fruit-dairy,aquatic-meat,dried nut-legume,and drink-staple food. After adjusting for confounding factors,in the high IQ score subgroup of 6-month-old infants,T1 compared to T3 in the pickles DP increased the likelihood of higher IQ scores(OR=9.64,95%CI=1.30-71.67).In the medium motor score subgroup of 6-month-old infants,T2 compared to T3 in the aquatic meat DP decreased the likelihood of higher motor scores(OR=0.11,95%CI=0.02-0.74).[Conclusion]The low consumption of pickles DP in the first trimester of pregnant women has a certain effect on the neuropsychological development of infants and increases the possibility of obtaining high intelligence scores. In aquatic and meat DP,the median level of maternal consumption is lower than that of those who consume more food, resulting in a lower likelihood of higher infant exercise score.
