Study on Urban Residents'Animal-Derived Foods Consumption Structure and Its Influencing Factors
[Objective]To study the current situation and influencing factors of animal-derived foods consumption structure of urban residents.[Method]OLS regression analysis was used to study the proportion of consumption of four main types of animal-derived foods and its relationship with residents'personal characteristics,economic level and nutritional concept.[Result]During the study period,the consumption of beef,mutton and pork accounted for a large proportion in the animal-derived foods consumption of urban residents.Among them,the consumption of beef and mutton is particularly affected by the residents'economic level and nutritional concept.[Conclusion]The price of beef and mutton is relatively high,the structure of livestock industry in some areas is not perfect,and the positioning of beef and mutton products become the main factors affecting the consumption of residents.
