目的:探究岩藻多糖抗病毒活性和构效关系及其作用机制。方法:以岩藻多糖、褐藻多糖硫酸酯、生物活性、抗病毒为检索词在PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据库和维普数据库等数据库查找相关文献进行归纳整理。结果:岩藻多糖通过干扰病毒吸附、转录、合成的过程和增强机体免疫力,对SARS、流感、肝炎、疱疹、艾滋病等致病病毒发挥抑制活性。结论:岩藻多糖具有抗病毒的重要作用,本文为岩藻多糖的开发利用及抗病毒药物的研发提供科学依据。
Recent Progress in The Antiviral Activities of Fucoidan
[Objective]To explore the antiviral activity,structure-activity relationship and mechanism of fucoidan.[Method]Relevant literature were searched in PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP database by using the terms of fucoidan,biological activity and antiviral.[Result]By interfering with the process of virus adsorption,transcription,synthesis and enhancing the body's immunity,fucoidan had inhibitory activity against SARS,hepatitis,AIDS,influenza and herpes.[Conclusion]Fucoidan has an important antiviral ef-fect.This study can provide theoretical support for the development and utilization of fucoidan and the research of antiviral drugs.
