早期肠内营养治疗对急性心肌梗死合并心衰患者效果及安全性分析

目的:分析急性心肌梗死(AMI)合并心力衰竭(HF)应用早期肠内营养(EN)的效果及安全性.方法:选取2020年1月—2022年10月收治的78例AMI合并HF患者,按随机数字表法分组,入组者均给予利尿剂扩血管、强心剂等基础治疗,对照组39例在此基础上给予常规饮食干预,研究组39例患者在对照组基础上联合早期EN,对比两组营养状况、心功能、并发症及炎性因子.结果:干预后ALB、Hb水平比较研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后CO、LVEF及SV比较研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后CRP、IGF-1、IL-6水平比较研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后BNP水平比较研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率比较研究组5.12%低于对照组23.08%(P<0.05).结论:AMI合并心衰应用早期EN,有利于改善患者营养状况,促进心功能改善,并减轻炎症损伤,有利于减少并发症.
Efficacy and Safety of Early Enteral Nutrition in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction and Heart Failure
[Objective]To analyze the effect and safety of applying early enteral nutrition(EN)in acute myocardial infarction(AMI)combined with heart failure(HF).[Method]Totally 78 patients with AMI combined with HF admitted from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected and grouped according to the random number table method,those enrolled in the group were given diuretic vasodilators,cardiac stimulants and other basic treatments,39 cases in the control group were given conventional dietary intervention on this basis,39 patients in the study group were combined with early EN on the basis of the control group,and the nutritional status,cardiac function,complications and inflammatory were compared between the two groups.factors.[Result]ALB,Hb levels were higher in the study group than in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).CO,LVEF and SV were higher in the study group than in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).CRP,IGF-1 and IL-6 levels were lower in the study group than in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).BNP levels were higher in the study group than in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The complication rate was 5.12%lower in the study group than 23.08%in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The application of early EN in AMI combined with heart failure is conducive to improving the nutritional status of patients,promoting the improvement of cardiac function,and reducing inflammatory damage,which is conducive to reducing complications.
