Efficacy and Safety of Early Enteral Nutrition in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction and Heart Failure
[Objective]To analyze the effect and safety of applying early enteral nutrition(EN)in acute myocardial infarction(AMI)combined with heart failure(HF).[Method]Totally 78 patients with AMI combined with HF admitted from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected and grouped according to the random number table method, those enrolled in the group were given diuretic vasodilators, cardiac stimulants and other basic treatments,39 cases in the control group were given conventional dietary intervention on this basis,39 patients in the study group were combined with early EN on the basis of the control group, and the nutritional status, cardiac function, complications and inflammatory were compared between the two groups.factors.[Result]ALB,Hb levels were higher in the study group than in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).CO,LVEF and SV were higher in the study group than in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).CRP,IGF-1 and IL-6 levels were lower in the study group than in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).BNP levels were higher in the study group than in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The complication rate was 5.12%lower in the study group than 23.08%in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The application of early EN in AMI combined with heart failure is conducive to improving the nutritional status of patients, promoting the improvement of cardiac function, and reducing inflammatory damage, which is conducive to reducing complications.
