基于文献计量的食物营养领域发展动态分析研究

目的:食物营养学相关领域研究近年来受到国际国内高度关注,研究成果为科学指导居民健康膳食消费、提升国民身体素质提供有效参考。方法:以Web of Science核心数据库收录的2000—2019年国内外食物营养学科领域相关文献为研究数据,运用文献计量方法对筛选的107 027篇文献进行学科研究动态、发展特点与挑战分析。结果:全球食物营养领域文献数量呈逐年稳步增长趋势,我国文献数量处于世界前列,但整体影响力还有待提升。国际间合作不断加强,研究热点高度集中在食物营养成分、食物开发与加工、食物与慢性病和食物组学等方面。全球食物营养领域科技创新具有政策研究日益受重视、平台建设不断完善、创新水平不断提高等特点,我国食物营养领域也面临着农业食品产业供给侧改革、居民膳食消费升级、营养消费结构优化等方面需求。结论:根据我国食物营养领域发展面临的挑战提出了加强领域深化与体系建设、推动食物营养政策及立法颁布实施、促进研究成果转化等三方面建议,为助力我国食物营养研究发展,保障我国食物安全与国民健康发展提供参考。
Research on Development of Food Nutrition Field Based on Literature Metrology
[Objective]Food nutrition research has received significant attention both internationally and domestically in recent years,with its achievements providing effective references for scientifically guiding residents'healthy dietary consumption and improving the national physical fitness.[Method]This study used literature in the field of food nutrition published in the Web of Science core database from 2000 to 2019,both domestic and international,as research data.Bibliometric methods were employed to analyze the disciplinary research trends,development characteristics,and challenges of the selected 107 027 papers.[Result]The number of literature in the global food nutrition field had been steadily increasing year by year.The number of papers published in China ranked among the world's forefront,but the overall influence still needed to be enhanced.International cooperation is continuously strengthening,and research hotspots are highly concentrated in aspects such as food nutrient components,food development and processing,food and chronic diseases,and food-omics.The technological innovation in the global food nutrition field has characteristics such as increasing attention to policy research,continuous improvement of platform construction,and continuously increasing innovation level.China's food nutrition field also faces demands such as agricultural and food industry supply-side reform,residents'dietary consumption upgrading,and nutritional consumption structure optimization.[Conclusion]This paper proposed three suggestions based on the challenges faced by the development of China's food nutrition field including strengthening domain deepening and system construction,promoting food nutrition policy and legislative implementation,and promoting the transformation of research achievements.These suggestions aim to contribute to the develop-ment of food nutrition research in China and ensure food security and healthy development of the national population.
