Research on The Impact of The Customs Clearance Operation of Hainan Free Trade Port on The Quality Assurance of Agricultural Products in Hainan and Countermeasures
[Objective]The construction of Hainan free trade port is being gradually promoted,after the customs clearance operation the"first line"liberalization,"second line"control,the island free policy system will be carried out.Policies on taxation,entry,trade,and investment will be changed.The zero-tariff system,visa-free entry,minimalist approval,and other policies accelerate the degree of open-ness of Hainan free trade port to the outside world,at the same time,the quality,trade,and regulation of agricultural products will also be impacted.To better cope with the changes brought about by the customs clearance operation.[Method]This paper started from the background of the customs clearance operation of Hainan free trade port,and analyzed its impact on the quality assurance and supervision of agricultural products.[Result]The study found that the customs clearance operation will bring a certain degree of impact on the trade,quality and safety,as well as the traceability of agricultural products in Hainan Province.[Conclusion]In view of the existing policies on the supervision of agricultural product quality assurance,corresponding improvement opinions and policy recommendations are put forward,with a view to strengthening the supervision of agricultural product quality assurance and better coping with the impacts on the quality assur-ance of agricultural products brought about by the customs clearance operation of the free trade port in Hainan province.
