目的:对不同品种山药的功能成分、功效作用及机制的研究进展进行综述,以期为相关功能性产品开发和研究提供科学依据.方法:以山药、品种、功能成分、功效作用机制等为检索词在古籍以及中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed、Web of Science等数据库查找相关文献进行归纳、整理和分析.结果:山药作为一种具有悠久药用历史的天然的传统中药材,功能活性成分十分丰富,包括多糖类、皂苷类、多酚类、尿囊素等,具有抗衰老、降血糖、降血脂、增强免疫等作用,对功效作用机制以及活性成分之间相互作用机制还不明确.结论:山药在药用和健康食品开发方面具有较好的应用前景,应加大对其结构、功效作用及机制和相关产品的研究.
Research Progress on Health Functions of Different Varieties of Chinese Yam
[Objective]A review of the progress of research on the functional components,effects and mechanisms of different varieties of Chinese yams to provide scientific basis for the research and development of related functional products.[Method]Searching for keywords including Chinese yam,variety,functional components,efficacy and mechanism in related literature such as ancient books,CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database,PubMed and Web of Science database,followed by classification and analysis to reach the results.[Result]As a natural and traditional Chinese medicinal material with a long history of medicinal use,Chinese yam is rich in functional active ingredients,including polysaccharides,saponins,polyphenols,allantoin,and more.Previous studies have shown that it has the effects of anti-aging,lowering blood sugar,lowering blood lipids,enhancing immunity,etc.However,the the mechanisms of ef-ficacy and interaction between active components are still unclear.[Conclusion]Chinese yam has promising applications in the develop-ment of medicinal and health food products,and more research should be done on its composition and structure,function,mechanism and related products.
