Brief Analysis of The Revision Process and Thinking of The Food Safety Law of The People's Republic of China
[Objective]To summarize the details of the three revisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China since its promulgation,compare and analyze of the similarities and differences between the legal systems of food safety and food hygiene in China and many developed countries.[Method]The paper reviewed the details of the three revisions by keyword search and screening of related literature,books and network information to provide relevant reference suggestions for national food safety legal protection work.[Result]The revision of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China has brought important enlightenment to all stakeholders in the food industry and is closely related to the current situation of food safety in China,the future trend of food development and national nutrition and health.[Conclusion]We should raise awareness of food safety laws and regulations,improve law enforcement capability,strengthen supervision and public opinion management,and effectively ensure food safety.
