Effect of Vitamin D on Specific Dermatitis in Children
[Objective]To investigate the effect of vitamin D on specific dermatitis in children.[Method]Totally 30 cases of specific dermatitis in children AD mitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were prospectively selected as study subjects to be included in the observation group, and 45 healthy physical examination subjects from our hospital during the same period were selected as control group.Vitamin D levels and distribution of the two groups were compared, and the observation group was further divided into mild group, moderate group and severe group according to the severity of the disease, and vitamin D levels before and after treatment.[Result]The serum vitamin D level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the proportion of vitamin D deficiency and deficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of SCOR specific dermatitis was significantly different among the three groups(P<0.05).The score of SCOR specific dermatitis in the deficiency group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.05),and the score of SCOR specific dermatitis in the deficiency group was higher than that in the normal group(P<0.05).There was statistical significance in vitamin D level among the three groups(P<0.05).The level of vitamin D in the severe group was lower than that in the other two groups(P<0.05),and the level of vitamin D in the insuf-ficient group was lower than that in the mild group(P<0.05).The scores of vitamin D and SCOR specific dermatitis in observation group were higher after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Insufficient and deficient vitamin D levels are associated with the occurrence of child specific dermatitis, and vitamin D supplementation can improve the severity of the disease in children.
