基于Citespace的近视与营养素研究可视化分析

目的:对CNKI及WOS数据库近视与营养素研究文献绘制可视化图谱,探讨国内外该领域的研究热点、现状及趋势。方法:使用中国知网及Web of Science数据库检索文献,采用Citespace 5。8。R3软件对发文者、机构、关键词绘制图谱进行可视化分析。结果:中英文文献分别纳入92、78篇。中国在该领域发文量最多,其次是美国、澳大利亚。发文者以赵霖及DAVID A MACKEY最多。从机构上看,以包头医学院公共卫生学院与新加坡国立大学发文量最多。关键词共线及聚类分析可发现微量元素、维生素(维生素D、视黄酸)、类胡萝卜素(叶黄素、玉米黄质)、脂肪酸等是该领域研究热点。结论:通过对近视与营养素研究领域文献可视化分析,可以直观的展示该领域发文主要力量分布情况及研究热点趋势。结果表明,中国在该领域发文较多,但需要进一步加强国际及国内学术交流合作。该领域研究趋势依然在微量元素及以叶黄素为代表的类胡萝卜素上。
Visual Analysis of Research to Myopia and Nutrients Based on Citespace
[Objective]Based on knowledge visualization analysis to explore the progress of myopia and nutrients in CNKI and WOS databases,discuss the research situation,research hotspots and status at home and abroad.[Method]We selected CNKI and WOS databases as literature sources to retrieve literature,and used Citespace 5.8.R3 software to draw a knowledge map of authors,institutions,and keywords for visual analysis.[Result]A total of 92 Chinese literatures and 78 English literatures were included.The visual analysis results showed that China published the most papers in this field,followed by the United States and Australia.Judging from the author's publications,Zhao Lin and David A Mackey have published the most articles.In terms of publishing institutions,the School of Public Health,Baotou Medical College and the National University of Singapore have published the most papers.The results of keyword co-occurrence and cluster analysis showed that microelements,vitamins(vitamin D,retinoic acid),carotenoids(lutein,zeaxanthin),fatty acids were the research hotspots in this field.[Conclusion]Through the visual analysis of the literature in the field of myopia and nutrients research,it is possible to intuitively display the main force distribution and research hotspot trends in this field.The results showed that China published more papers in this field,but international and domestic academic exchanges and cooperation need to be further strengthened.The research trend in this field is the research on microelements and carotenoids represented by lutein.
