目的:综述了乳清蛋白肽在降血压、降血糖、降血脂方面近几年的情况,对该方向进行了展望.方法:阅读参考乳清蛋白肽相关的研究性论文、综述等.结果:乳清蛋白肽能抑制血管紧张素-I转换酶、二肽基肽酶IV、α-淀粉酶和α-葡萄糖苷酶等.结论:乳清蛋白肽可以在降血压、降血糖以及降血脂等方面发挥功效.
Abstract
[Objective]To review the recent years of whey protein peptides in hypotension,hypoglycemia and hypolipidemia,and provides an outlook on this direction.[Method]We read and referenced Research papers and reviews related to whey protein peptides.[Result]Whey protein peptide can inhibit angiotensin-I converting enzyme,dipeptidyl peptidase IV,α-amylase and α-glucosidase,etc.[Conclusion]Whey protein peptides can play a role in lowering blood pressure,blood sugar and blood lipids.
